Obituary of Marie A. Hughes

Marie A. ?Dolly? Hughes nee Dunn of Sewell, formerly of Penns Grove, NJ. on November 8, 2007. Age 80 years. Dolly was an Office Manager for Pennsgrove Water Supply Company, she truly was a professional woman. Dolly was dedicated to St. James Parish in Penns Grove, where she freely gave her time. She was very involved with the Legion of Mary, Altar & Rosary Society, just to name a few of the organizations. She also was a Eucharistic Minister and would often visit the prisons to serve communion. Dolly was a world traveler, venturing to Italy, Greece, Turkey, Monaco, & all over Europe with her friends. She enjoyed decorating her home with her handmade furnishings & sewing costumes for her family. Her greatest pleasures were playing with her grandchildren, dining out with her husband and children and spending time with her family. Marie passed peacefully at home. Beloved wife of Leroy Harrison Hughes of 59 years. Devoted mother of Lee Patty Hughes and Sharon Andrew Wilusz. Loving grandmother of Kasia, Mieke, Bram, Dre, Alexander, Madison and Lee, Jr. Viewing Tuesday 10 am?11:45 AM in the St. Mary?s R.C. Church, 32 Carrol Ave., Williamstown, NJ 08094 A Funeral Mass will follow at 12 PM. Interment Gloucester County Veterans Memorial Cemetery.
