Maria Davey nee Alvarez of Ocala, FL, formerly of Clementon & Atco, on December 27, 2007. Aged 83 years. Beloved wife of Thomas Davey. Mother of James & his wife, Lynette, Joseph & his wife Elaine and the late Robert. Grandmother of Melissa Davey, Denney Albertson, Geoffrey Albertson and Pamela Jordan & her husband, Michael. Great-grandmother of 5. Sister of Sara Silva and the late Esther and Joseph Alvarez. Maria was born in San Juan, Puerto Rico. She met her husband, Tom while he was serving in the Navy. Maria enjoyed crafts, ceramics, gardening and dancing with Tom. Her greatest joys were her children and grandchildren. When she watched TV, she had a preference for Telemundo and Univision. Viewing will be held Friday evening from 6:30-9:00 PM and Saturday from 8:30 until 9:30 AM in the McGuinness Funeral Home 34 Hunter St. Woodbury. Mass of Christian Burial 10 AM Saturday in St. Anne?s RC Church Rte 130 at Rte. 45 Westville.
