Obituary of Edward H. Loux

Edward H. Loux, Jr. of West Deptford, on December 30, 2007. Aged 78 years. If ever there was an adventurous soul, it was Ed Loux. If an activity was outdoors and high, fast or fun he enjoyed it. Ed enjoyed parachuting, gliding and riding horses. He was a US Army veteran of the Korean War. Ed was a Senior Parachutist serving with 11th Airborne 127th ABN Engineers Division at Fort Campbell Kentucky during the Korean Conflict. Ed was the Chairman of the South Jersey 82nd Airborne Association, a past Officer of Williamstown American Legion, Member of Mens Auxiliary of VFW 1616, Williamstown, member of Army & Navy Garrison. Honor Guard at the Gloucester County Veterans Cemetery, fundraiser for Camp Sun & Fun in Williamstown. Ed was a retired carpenter for the Philadelphia Naval Shipyard. Survived by his wife loving, Elizabeth Betty nee Mellet, dear father of Edward III, Kevin Roxanne, Patty Ann Butler, Edward IV, stepfather of James Milligan, Connie and Diane. Dear Brother of Charles and the late John and Raymond Loux. Memorial Mass 10:00 AM Saturday in St. Mary?s RC Church, 32 Carrol Avenue, Williamstown, NJ where family and friends will gather at 9:45 AM. Interment Gloucester Co. Veterans Cemetery, Williamstown, NJ.
