Born in Philadelphia, served in the Army during World War II and returned to Philadelphia to continue to serve his community as a Law Enforcement Officer for over 25 years. Beloved of the late Mary nee Flynn. Loving father of John, Daniel, Dennis Kelly and Kathleen Beer. Grandfather of 12, Great grandfather of 4 Brother of Edward and Daniel.
