Obituary of Joanne Raffensperger

Joanne Raffensperger (nee: Iovanisci), a resident of Sewell, New Jersey, passed away on Monday, August 26, 2019.  She was 73. 

Legacy

Joanne was born in Philadelphia, PA and moved to Oakland, NJ with her family as a teenager.  She later moved to Sewell, NJ where she spent many years with her family.  Joanne loved Mowtown music and watching TV, especially the Golden Girls.  She also loved reading,  being a homemaker and spending time with her family.   

Family

Joanne is pre-deceased by her parents Joseph Iovanisci and Anna (Ferraro). She is the beloved Wife of 37 1/2 years to James H. Raffensperger;  Predeceased by her son Bobby Noecker; Devoted mother to Mark Raffensperger and Bernadette; Cherished grandmother of Danny & Erika; Dear step mother of Cynthia, Michael, Jay & Doug;  Sister of Joe Iovanisci, Frank (Debbie) Iovanisci, Mary (Mike) Iovanisci, and the late Louis (Jack) Iovanisci & also John (Irma) Iovanisci;  Sister-in-law of Gene (Ellen) Raffensperger;   Also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.  

 
Farewell Tribute

Relatives and friends are invited to attend her visitation at McGuinness Funeral Home 573 Egg Harbor Road, Sewell, NJ, 08080 on Friday, August 30, 2019 from 11 am to 1 pm.  A family tribute will take place during the visitation gathering at 12:30 pm.
