Obituary of Jack T. Waters

Waters, John T. Jack, 88 of Woodbury on June 15, 2009. "Jack, a man of many talents and much will power" Legacy Jack was born in National Park. He joined the Army in August of 1942 serving in Normandy, Rhineland, Northern France and Sicily. Jack was a decorated veteran. Among the many medals he received was the Purple Heart. Upon his arrival home he married his sweet heart, Rose. Jack retired from R. E.. McMahon of Woodbury. He has always been an active member of the community where he was a member of the Woodbury Sports Alumni, VFW and DAV. Jack enjoyed a day out on the golf course. Jack, a man whose love of country was only surpassed by the love for his wife, Rose. Family Jack's beloved wife, Rose B. Nee Ballistreri of 64 years. His wonderful in laws; Helen Late David McMahon, Gloria Joseph Rando, Bette late Kenneth Birk, Geraldine Stuart, Linda Pichette , the late Dorothy late James Nugent, the late Rita Joseph Schultes, John Pat Ballistreri, and the late Nick Peggy Ballistreri, dearest uncle to many. Farewell Service Viewing Friday 9:30 to10:45am in St. Stephen's Lutheran Church 230 Evergreen Avenue, Woodbury, NJ 08096. Funeral Service 11am Donation in Jack's name may be made to the church.
