Obituary of Marie F. Colosi

Marie F. Colosi (nee Vellucci), age 82, of the Oak Valley Section of Deptford, NJ, passed away peacefully on November 26, 2018. 

Legacy

A feisty but loving woman, Marie dedicated her life to her family, especially her grandchildren. She was born and raised in Philadelphia and relocated to Oak Valley in 1960.  Marie was a member of the Ladies Auxilliary VFW Post 2117 and worked for the Deptford School District for over 28 years as a cook.  Her true passion in life was playing BINGO and playing the slots at Resorts.  Marie will be missed deeply by those she knew and loved. 

Family

Beloved wife of the late Anthony, Sr.;  devoted mother of Anthony (Lynn), Michael (Mary), Mark, JoAnne Morrow (Vince) and Rose; treasured grandmother of Jason Morrow, Nichole Colosi, Anthony Colosi, Alex Morrow, Lauren Hopkins, Samantha Jamerson, Marcus Morrow, Danielle Hahn. Michael Colosi, Natalie Colosi, Ryan Colosi and great-grandmom of Jayden Morrow, Izabella Reichert, Tristen Morrow, Jorden Morrow, Nia Morrow, Allyanna Morrow and Ian Morrow; dear sister of Frank Vellucci (Lena) and the late Phyllis Macrillo, Concetta Kenny, and the late Rosanna Brodgi;  Marie leaves behind many loving nieces and nephews and her best friend of Barb Davies. 

Farewell Ceremony

Relatives and friends are invited to Marie and Anthony's Graveside Service on Saturday at 11AM at Gloucester County Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Williamstown, NJ.
