Obituary of Harry Marquis

MARQUIS HARRY F., of New Park, PA, formerly of Northeast Phila. On Sept. 28, 2007. Aged 72 years. Prior to retirement, Harry was employed by PECO for over 40 years and ended his career as an electrical project manager. A longtime Mummer, Harry was a member of the Oregon and Downtowner's Fancies. He was active in the Boy Scouts of America, along with his son Bob, who achieved Eagle Scout. Harry enjoyed cheering on the Eagles and was a 20 years season ticket holder, along with his friend and brother-in-law Ed. Spending time outdoors; especially hunting, fishing and golf brought great joy to Harry. He is the devoted father of Thomas Mari, Ronald, Robert, Jeffrey Laura and Karen Traynor Mac and Step-Father of Michelle Anderson Greg; dear brother of Claire Essig Edward, loving grand-father of 12, great grandfather of 2; dear former husband of Shirley and Betty. Relatives and friends are invited to attend his Visitation 12 Noon and Funeral Services 1 P.M. Wed. in the MCGUINNESS FUNERAL HOME, 34 Hunter St., Woodbury, NJ. Int.
