Obituary of Mary Cancila

Mary Cancila nee Diletto of Mullica Hill, NJ; formerly of Philadelphia, PA on February 13, 2008. Aged 89 years. Beloved wife of Orazio Cancila of 63 years. Survived by sisters Josephine Woods & Catherine Portaro and brother Alphonso Diletto. Also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews. Predeceased by Alfonso Diletto, Joseph Diletto, Charles Diletto, Frank Diletto, Catherine Finocchiaro, Dominick Diletto and Edith Diletto. Before moving to New Jersey, Mary resided in Philadelphia. She was a member of St. Celia's RC Church and enjoyed her time with the Senior Citizens Club. Mary was a loving and caring woman who loved her family. She was a seamstress all her life, Mary also created beautiful table covers that she embroidered. Fond memories of her cooking, playing 500 Rummy and crocheting are left to those she loved the most.
