Obituary of Edward F. Shea

Shea, Edward "Ed", of Mantua, NJ died on February 22, 2008, surrounded by his loving family. Aged 65 years. Ed was a loving and considerate man who had a wonderful sense of humor and could even laugh at himself. In his spare time he enjoyed fishing, crabbing, shooting darts and playing poker. He will always be loved and never forgotten. Born in Philadelphia, PA, Ed was a 1960 graduate of Monsignor Bonner High School in Drexel Hill and then served in the United States Army from November 1960—July of 1962. After Ed's time in the Army, he received his Bachelors Degree in Business from St. Joseph University and was employed by Galaxo Smith Kline Pharmaceutical for 28 years as an International Finance Accountant until he retired in 1990. Dear Brother of Helena John Hammell and the late Louise Mehaffey, Mary Greatrex and Geri Bott. Also survived by 15 loving nieces and nephews and many grand nieces and nephews. Visitation on Thursday 11—12:00 PM at the McGuinness Funeral Home, 34 Hunter Street Woodbury, NJ, Where the service will take place at 12:00 PM.
