BELCHER - Cynthia B. nee Shaffer of Sicklerville on March 17, 2008. Aged 82 years. She is the devoted mother of Cynthia Beebe Jack and James Quarino "Goomba" and the loving grandmother of Jimmy, Shane, Tara, Melody, Jake and Bridget.
