Obituary of Richard H. Griggel

Griggel, Richard H., Sr., of Williamstown, NJ, passed away on March 18, 2008 surrounded by his loving family; Aged 80 years. Richard was a one of a kind and a stand up guy. He was always there for those who needed him. He enjoyed walking his dogs, watching the Phillies and the History Channel. Richard had quite a "green thumb" and this showed in his flower gardens. Richard was unselfish and will be remembered for his smile, that lit up any room. Born in Springfield, PA, Richard was a resident of Williamstown for the past 6 years. He was a United States Army Veteran of the Korean Conflict and was an inspector for the City of Philadelphia. Beloved father of Richard H., Jr. Arlene and Michael J. Kate; loving grandfather of Michael, Lauren, Richie and JoAnn. Viewing on Thursday 12:30—2:30 PM at the McGuinness Funeral Home, 573 Egg Harbor Road, Washington Township, where the Funeral Service will follow at 2:30 PM. Interment will take place privately.
