Obituary of John D. Villari

Villari, John D., 85, of Wenonah peacefully passed away with his family by his side on April 16, 2008. John spent his life as a Broker in his family owned Livestock Business in the Deptford, NJ. John was the Vice President and acting President of the NJ State Board of Agriculture, member of the US Department of Agriculture, member of the Secretary's Advisory Committee on Swine Health Protection, founding Director and former President of National FACTS Organization, Association President of the NJ Livestock Cooperative Assoc., Inc., Director of NJ Livestock Assoc. and Livestock Conservation, Inc., Board member of US Animal Health Assoc. and National Food and Conservation Committee, and Board member of the GC Board of Agriculture. John was an avid reader and enjoyed playing cards, dancing, his guitar and traveling with his wife. Most of all, John enjoyed time spent with his family, especially his children and grandchildren. Beloved husband of the late Roma N. nee Bozzi. Devoted father of Joann Hertz , Terry Murray Ed, John E. Villari Donna, Roma Allen Mark and the late Salvatore Villari. Dear brother of the late Connie Guinta, Peter D., Joann Dodaro & Pepe Villari. Loving grandfather of Tina Marie , Michelle, Frank, Nicholas, John and Genevieve . Great grandfather of John, Kaitlyn, Frank, Zachary, Alexa, Jesse and Victoria. Viewing Sunday 5:00—7PM & Monday 8:00—9AM in the McGuinness Funeral Home 34 Hunter St., Woodbury.
