I was so sad to hear of Billys passing. The last memory I have of Bill was at my parents 50th and my dad's funeral. I hadn't seen either of you since your wedding and I remember thinking how nice he was. When we were kids I saw him a lot more. I also appreciate how nice both of you were to my Mom. God Bless. Kathy I am so sorry for your loss. My thoughts and prayers are with you. I don’t really have many memories of Billy because I was one of the youngest Dubell cousins. I do remember your wedding though. Last time I saw Billy was at my father’s funeral. It meant so much to me that you and Bill went to visit my mother when she was in Manor Care. God Bless you and give you comfort. Wendy

Kathy, I pray that the love you and Bill shared, all of your memories and the beautiful tributes written will help you as you walk through this heartbreaking loss. May the God of all comfort be your strength and hope. Jesus weeps for you and with you.
Revelation 21:4 tells us " And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain: for the former things are passed away"
The promise of Heaven gives us hope!
Bill was a very kind man. He always had a smile and said hello when he came into CVS. I always thought it was very sweet of him to bring you your lunch! I'm glad you had a wonderful life together.
You are in my daily prayers and if there is any thing I can do for you Please let me know
Love,

I met Bill when I worked with Kathy at CVS. Bill was always so polite, kind, and soft spoken. I have this one image of Bill that will forever remain. Each year we have a summer barbecue and Bill would come over with Kathy. He didn't know many people, but he still came. Kathy would be chatting with the girls. Bill would be hanging out with the guys talking. But my dog, Maxine? Well, she would be at Bill's feet or sitting by his side. There were 50 other people she could bother. But she chose Bill. Every time. And Bill didn't mind. He just pet her and talked to her. Giving her the love and attention she wanted. Because that was Bill's way. To make sure everyone or everything, even my dog, was taken care of and happy. Maxine passed away a few years ago. And I'm sure she was there to greet Bill in heaven.
Bill...your kind soul and big heart will be missed.
Kathy, my dear friend, my deepest condolences to you. I love you and I am here for you. Always.

I met Bill and Kathy years ago when I first starting working at RiverWinds. The one thing I looked forward to when I had to open the building was sitting and talking to Bill in the early mornings. No matter what he had going on in his life he would always ask how my wife and dog were doing. Even when I could tell he did not have the energy to be here, he would always push through to bring Kathy to workout and he would stay and wait for her (no matter how long she would stay and chat!). You could always see the true love they have for each other. Jamie and I will miss seeing Bill here every morning and I know the entire RiverWinds Community Center will miss him as well. Kathy, please let us know if you need anything whether it is at RiverWinds or at home.

When I was 8 I joined the cub scouts. When Uncle Bill found out he gave me a compass he used when he was in the Marines. He showed me how to use it and I used that compass all through cub scouts and boy scouts. I was the only person to earn the merit badge for orienteering. I cherished that compass and still have it to this day. More recently Uncle Bill would text me almost everyday. It would never be anything important, just how everyone was, talk about the phillies, the eagles, just simple stuff. 90% of the messages would include emojis that would make me sit and think about what the heck he was trying to say lol. I have and will miss these little simple things. I love and will miss you Uncle Bill. Now you, mom mom, pop pop, and Aunt Ruthie are together again.

From posts' of others, it's clear to see that he was a loyal friend, loving husband, endeared by coworkers and neighbors who was kind and enjoyed life. Kathy, you were both blessed with each other!! Kathy, I am so sad to hear of Bills passing. I first met Bill when Riverwinds opened. He would run with his friend Jimmy (for what I thought at the time was) forever. I later met Kathy and loved her spunk as she tore up the tredmill herself. Even as Bill fought his own health hurdles he was still a regular at RW, determined to stay strong .The past few years i would run outside and see Bill down by the point having his coffee. I would stop, we would chat and catch up on life. He was always so positive, friendly and warm. I will be looking out over the river on my runs thinking of you, Bill... I will run a mile or two for you. I hope that if heaven resembles earth in any way there is a Wawa with your hot coffee, a Ritz bakery with a donut just for you, running sneakers laced up and a beautiful river waiting for you. I am thankful to have known you and will truly miss you.

I met Bill & Kathy about 8 years ago, they have been amazing friends and neighbors to my in-laws for years! Bill & Kathy became like family when we had our girls a few years back. I will always remember my weekly lunches with Bill at Presby- regardless of what was happening he always had a smile for me. Bill will be greatly missed

I have known Bill and his wife Kathy for many years . They come to Riverwinds Community Center , on a daily basis . Bill would always have a smile on his face , and always took the time to say hello to me . He would ask me how I was, he loved talking to me about animals that I would help rescue . Bill will be dearly missed , I am very sad knowing that I will not see his friendly face at the gym anymore . My deepest sympathy to Kathy and the family .

Uncle Bill you are sorely missed. Thank you for being such a good example of patience and virtue. The kids always appreciated you stopping by or seeing them at the bus stop or even that emergency ride when needed. Love you and will see you again one day.
