I knew Jim as an attorney as I was an attorney before I retired. He "knew his stuff" and was always a great "adversary". But whether in a judges chambers and out in social functions he indeed was the "life of the party". I also knew some of his friends I met out of his involvement. I will say my prayers to him, his family and all to he had an influence. He was a special person.
Stephen M. Hiltebrand, J.D.

So saddened by JD's passing. He was a legend in his own time. Everyone who knew Jim will always remember his quick wit and unique humor. He had a truly interesting life experience from elementary school at Norwood, high school at North Catholic, college life at LaSalle and Villanova, and of course his maturing years as a summer police officer in Wildwood, NJ. He loved his vacationing in Bimini and Fort Lauderdale. No one would ever believe a documentary on his exciting life. He was always there for his friends. He adored his grandchildren.
I am sorry for your lost!
Your father, brother, grandfather will never be forgotten!
