William J Mills, Jr., 64 of West Deptford, NJ, passed away on Sunday, December 31, 2017. Legacy Born in Chicago, IL William was a loving husband, father , and grandfather. He was a dedicated man that served in the United States Army proudly. William worked for Gloucester County for 25 years. Family He is the beloved husband of Caroline Mills (nee DiMento). Devoted father of Michael Sailer (Dagmara), Michelle Digneo (Robert), William J. Mills III, Jimmy Mills (Mari), and Danny Mills (Andrea). Cherished grandfather of Frankie, Bobby, Olivia, and Lilly. Adored son of the late Dorothy and William J. Mills, Sr. Dear brother of Herman and (Gail) Menth, (Ron) and Catherine Hopkins Myers and Eddie Hopkins. He will be missed by many friends and family.
