Obituary of Charles E. Puitz

Charles E. Puitz, of Franklinville, NJ, passed away on May 18, 2018. He was 58.

Legacy

An outgoing and funny man, Charlie dedicated his life to his family.  He was an avid Phillies fan, enjoyed bowling, golfing and coaching girls basketball.  Charlie participated in the St. Joseph’s Retreat at Malvern and was involved in the Knights of Columbus.  He adored people and was known to light up the room with his joyful personality.  A kind soul among us, Charlie will be missed deeply.   

Family

Beloved husband of Liz (nee Abbott);  treasured son of Hart and Elizabeth Puitz (nee Kane);  dear brother of Elizabeth (Phil), Bill (Kelly), John (Tina) and the late Hart (the late Joann);  loving uncle to many nieces and nephews;  devoted father of his fur babies, Sunshine and Nicky.  Charlie leaves behind many loving friends. 

Farewell Tribute

Relatives and Friends are invited to Charles’ viewing on Tuesday Evening from 6:30pm to 9pm and Wednesday morning from 9am to 9:45am at the McGuinness Funeral Home, 34 Hunter Street, Woodbury, NJ.  Mass of Christian Burial 10:30am at Infant Jesus Parish at St. Margaret’s Church, 3rd and Beech Streets, Woodbury Heights, NJ 08097. Interment St. Joseph’s Cemetery, Chews Landing, NJ.
