Obituary of Charles T Young

Charles Theodore Young age 86; of Woodbury Heights, NJ, died to eternal life in the embrace of his family on April 30, 2018.

Family

Predeceased by his wife Bernadette and son James. Survived by Daughters Carol (Bob), Linda (Frank) & son Gary (Lorelei), 5 Grandchildren and 6 Great Grandchildren, Brothers Paul (Elaine), Jack (Marty) and many dear nieces, nephews, and friends

Legacy

Charles was a resident of Woodbury Heights , NJ for 59 years and dedicated his life to his family. He found profound joy in listening to music for endless hours. Charles also found peace and serenity in a place called Cara Cove, located in Northeast Maryland for over 48 years. His joy of nature including bird watching and serene sunsets across the Northeast  River.

Charles retired from RCA, Camden NJ after a career of variety of trades specializing in Water Treatment. His employment history ranged from AC Schultes, Good Year Tire, Deptford MUA but was most accomplished as a Water/Sewer Superintendent for the Borough of Woodbury Heights.

Farewell Services

Relatives and Friends are invited to attend his visitation on Friday May 4th between 8:30am-9:30 am in the McGuinness Funeral Home, 34 Hunter Street, Woodbury, NJ, followed by Mass of Christian Burial @10:30 am in the Infant Jesus Parish at Saint Margaret's RC Church, Third Avenue & Beech Street, Woodbury Heights. Burial will be at Woodbury Memorial Park Cemetery.
