Obituary of William W. Gross

William W. Gross, 84 of West Deptford, NJ, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, April 25, 2018. 
 
Legacy
Born and raised in Philadelphia PA, Bill attended North East High School.  William served in the United States of America Army a member of the 101st Airborne Division, Fort Jackson, SC.  He was a loving and caring family man that put family first; would always give a helping hand or give someone a ride.  Bill drove a truck for Robert Hawthorne Inc. for over 30 years.  

 
Family
He was the beloved husband of 57 Years to Betty Ann (nee Anthony). Devoted father of Karen Gross (Steven Simeone) and Barbara Gross.  Cherished grandfather to Michael Gross (Jenna) and Amanda Rafferty.  Treasured great grandfather to Haleigh Gross, Alexa Gross, and Noah Rafferty.  Son of the late Frieda and William Gross.  Dear brother to Elsie Buck (the late William), Charles Gross (the late Marion), and Martha Klingbeil (the late Arthur).  He will be missed by many friends and family.
 
Farewell Tribute
Relatives and friends are invited to attend his viewing on Saturday, April 28th from 3:00 PM to 6:00PM at the McGuinness Funeral Home, 34 Hunter St. Woodbury, NJ 08096. Funeral Service at 6:00PM.  Interment will be on May 2, 2018 at 1:00pm in Gloucester County Veterans Cemetery, Williamstown NJ.
