Obituary of John G. Cahill

John G Cahill,  of National Park, New Jersey, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, January 31, 2023.  He was 80.
 
Legacy
John was a trained and skilled glass glazier and had worked in many glass houses before retiring.  John was a member of the Glazier's Union, Local #252 and served as shop steward.
He was a proud ARMY Vietnam veteran and was very active in the local veteran's associations.  He was past National Commander of the Army Navy Union U.S.A., Inc, member of the Army Navy Garrison #52 in National Park and a Past commander of the American legion #135 in Gloucester City. 

 
Family
He is the beloved husband of 39 years to Tina (Henline) Cahill; loving father of John Parr (Lisa), Patrick Cahill (Shannon), Sean Cahill (Katrina) and Jacqueline Albertson (Troy); adored grandfather to John Jr., Victoria, Matthew, Sonja, Fiona, Amber, Aubrey, Oliver & Parker. dear brother of Dolores Bangs (Ed), Paul Cahill and the late Dennis Cahill.
 
Farewell Tribute
Relatives and friends are invited to attend his visitation in the McGuinness Funeral Home - Woodbury, 34 Hunter Street, on Monday, February 6, 2023 from 9 AM to 11 AM.  Funeral service will begin at 11 AM.  Interment will follow at the Gloucester County Memorial Veteran's Cemetery, Williamstown.
