Obituary of Elaine G. Jacoby

Elaine G. Jacoby (nee Conrad), 78, of Glassboro,  formerly of Mullica Hill, New Jersey, passed away on Tuesday, November 29, 2022, surrounded by her loving family.

 

Legacy

Born and raised in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, Elaine was a proud graduate of West Catholic High School for Girls and then Thomas Jefferson University of Nursing.  With Elaine's caring and nurturing nature, nursing was the right career path for her.  She was a proud and skilled nurse in the operating room and worked under Dr. Rothman at Jefferson University Hospital.  Elaine also cared for patients at St. Agnes and Springfield Hospital.  She retired in 2006 after dedicating 42 years to her patients. 

 

A genuine and loving woman, Elaine was described as an angel.  She took care of anyone who needed her and never asked for anything in return.  Elaine was a family oriented lady who loved to cook, travel and working with her hands on knitting and crocheting projects.  She also loved her pups, Hanz and Mitzi.

 

Family

Beloved wife of the late Franklyn W. Jacoby; devoted mother of Andrew J. Jacoby; cherished grandmother of Autumn; dear sister of Edward B. Conrad, Jr.; proud godmother of Edward III and loving aunt of Stephen.
