I'm still trying to process this, and my sincerest condolences go out to the family. Chrissy and I knew each other since the first day of first grade...such a beautiful person inside and out. She always invited me to come to her house for lunch and her parents welcomed me with open arms. I wasn't a cheerleader in our elementary school days, but she would teach me the cheers to make sure we had fun on the playground. She was such a spit fire, and when those bright pretty eyes got big and those nails got hold of ur skin, Lord help u! May u all have comfort in knowing that she is still in our hearts and yes, we'll miss her terribly, but she's in a much better place. She will never be forgotten.
