Obituary of Shirley Stankiewicz

Shirley Stankiewicz (McCarthy), a resident of Egg Harbor Township, New Jersey, passed away on Wednesday, May 11, 2022. She was 85.

Legacy
Shirley was a lifelong parishioner of Holy Angels Parish at St. Patrick's Roman Catholic Church. Throughout her life she remained very devoted to her grandchildren and talked about them often. She lived for the seashore and most enjoyed being on the boardwalk with family.

Born to the late John & Ada McCarthy (Anderson); devoted mother to Shirley Long (Fred) and the late Valerie Stankiewicz; sister to the late John Powell; loving grandmother to Christine McKnight (David), Frederick Long (Dianna) and Michael Long; great grandmother to Donna Long, Erick Long, Evan McKnight and Madison McKnight.

Farewell Tribute
Relatives and friends are invited to attend her Funeral Mass on Wednesday, May 18th at 11:00AM at Holy Angels Parish St. Patrick's Roman Catholic Church, 64 Cooper Street, Woodbury. Entombment will take place at Eglington Cemetery, Clarksboro, NJ.
