Debra Lizzio

Obituary of Debra D. Lizzio

Debra D. Lizzio (nee Frank), 66, of Sewell, New Jersey, passed away on Friday, September 10, 2021.

Legacy

A loving, giving and selfless woman, Debra was devoted to her family and friends.  They knew they could come to her for a shoulder to cry on; she was a wonderful listener and was always there to help.  She had an uncanny ability to see both sides of an issue, and was known for her objective and wise advice.

Debra enjoyed crafting, and was very involved in the Catholic Youth Group led by Fr. Mazzarella. But above all, she enjoyed her family and friends. Whether it was on one of her many cruises, during her yearly vacations to Wildwood Crest, or while simply being surrounded by them during the holidays, nothing brought her more joy than precious time spent with those she loved.

Debra was born in New Brunswick, New Jersey, and raised in Cherry Hill.  She has been a resident of Sewell since 1988. After raising her three children, Debra went back to school and became a nurse.  She worked for Kennedy Hospital in Stratford for many years, where her compassionate nature served her well.  She found fulfillment in the act of helping others, and would always go above and beyond for her patients.
