Jim Albert

Obituary of Jim Albert

James J. Albert, Sr.  of National Park, New Jersey, passed away on Monday, June 7, 2021.  He was 81.

Legacy
Hardworking and always kind, Jim was a true gentleman.  Jim was a proud member of the Army National Guard, serving for 22 years before retirement in 2000.  He was an avid hunter with the Mt. Royal Gun Club for over 40 years and fisherman.  Jim looked forward to the yearly trips to Summerfield, FL that he would take with his wife, Joy.  He could often be found relaxing by his pond, spending time people watching, playing video casino games and snacking - a tomato sandwich being his favorite snack.  Jim loved the many things his life had to offer, but what he loved most of all was his family.  Jim cherished the time spend with his wife, children and grandchildren and the memories they have made.

Family
He is the beloved husband of 55 years to Joy Albert ; devoted father of James Jr. (Dawn) and Gwen Wenzel (Kevin); dear brother to Sam (Anne); loving Pop to Amanda and James III Albert and Summer and Kyle Wenzel.  Jim is also survived by his cherished nieces, nephews, extended family and treasured friends.
