Carol V. Oberholtzer (nee Allen), 83, of Blackwood, New Jersey, passed away on Wednesday, January 27, 2021, surrounded by her loving family.

Legacy

Born and raised in Camden and Wildwood, New Jersey, Carol graduated from Wildwood High School. Carol worked at many places in her younger years, places like Max Pizza, NJ Bell and Monticello as an operator, and Coach House as a waitress. She was also an administrative assistant for S & E Chemicals the Philadelphia Naval Yard.  Carol was also a member of the Moose Lodge, VFW and American Legion.

A loving, kind and strong willed woman, Carol was devoted to her family, especially her grandchildren.  Nothing made her happier than spending time and making memories with her family.  Family reunions, holiday gatherings and Open House for Christmas were special times shared.  Carol was a spunky woman who had a wonderful sense of humor.  Carol was the person to go to if you needed someone to listen and give advice...even if it isn't exactly what you wanted to hears.  In her spare time, she enjoyed crossword puzzles, reading and creating arts and crafts.
