Obituary of Belinda P. Murray

Belinda P. Murray (nee Peck  ), 70, resident of Sewell, New Jersey, passed away on Tuesday, January 5, 2021. 

Legacy

Belinda was a loving and caring wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt and friend. She was a gentle soul, compassionate and understanding of every person and situation. People knew they could go to her and she would lend a thoughtful ear and offer heartfelt advice or comfort. She taught for 34 years and had thought several times about retiring, but just couldn’t leave the profession she loved and was so passionate about. She truly enjoyed the time she spent with her students and she made a difference in their lives. Belinda adored her family and especially her grandchildren. She was excited about the addition of more grandchildren in the near future. Even though she won’t be here to meet them, they will be inspired by stories of their loving Grandma.  Family was most important and she always made time for a special moments together. She radiated positivity and offered smiles all around, her laugh was infectious. She will be dearly missed, but her legacy will live on in our cherished memories.

Family

She is the beloved wife for 48 wonderful years to William F. Murray.  Devoted mother of Heather Brescia (Peter), Laura Murray (Taylor) and Adam Murray (Christina).  Treasured grandmother of Peter, Dominic, Olivia, Makenzie, Colin and future twins. Daughter of the late Hildred and Eugene Peck  Dear sister of Anita Lind, Joseph Peck and the late Geno Peck.  She will be missed by family and friends.

Farewell Tribute

Relatives and friends are invited to attend her visitation from 4:00PM to 8:00PM on Wednesday, January 13th in the McGuinness Funeral Home (Washington Twp. Location) 573 Egg Harbor Road, Sewell, NJ 08080.  Funeral Mass on Thursday, January 14th at 11:00AM in Mary, Mother of Mercy Parish at Our Lady of Lourdes Church 500 Greentree Road, Glassboro, NJ 08028. Entombment at All Saints Cemetery 1300 Tuckahoe Road, Newfield, NJ 08344.
