Obituary of George D. Robertson

George D. Robertson, of National Park, NJ passed away on Wednesday, September 23, 2020.

 

Legacy

George was a graduate of Gloucester Catholic High School. He was a Route Salesman for Wonder Bread for over 35 years.  He loved to garden and hanging out with his buddies at Coconut Grove.  He was a fan of the Philadelphia Eagles and Notre Dame Football.

Family

He was the beloved husband of the late Donna Robertson (nee’ Christian).  Beloved father of Monica Robertson, Drew Robertson and Timothy Robertson, Teresa Moore (John), Patrick Brennan (Deb), Eileen Brennan, Joy Robinson, Timothy Brennan, Christopher Brennan (Gerri), Jennifer Gross (Mike) and James Brennan (Desiree). Grandfather of 23, Great Grandfather of 19. Dear brother Glen Robertson (Linda) and precedeased by his brother David Robertson (Peggy).  George is also survived by his Uncle Steve, many cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.

A memorial service will be announced at a later date when his family may celebrate his life fully.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in George’s memory  to The VFW Auxiliary Post 5579 at 743 Broad Street, Gibbstown, NJ 08027.
