Obituary of William J. Schreck

Schreck, William J., 82, of Mantua, NJ, formerly of Union City, NJ on Feb. 16. 2003. Mr. Schreck served in the Army during World War II. He was a retired sheet metal roofer for Schreck & Wealty of Jersey City. Mr. Schreck retired in l984, he was a member of the Brotherhood of Sheet Metal International Association Local 25. Mr. Schreck enjoyed his association with Veronica's Veil. He was a member of the Holy Name Society and St. Joseph's R. C. Church of Union City. Mr. Schreck was an avid Bowler. He is survived by three daughters: Lesia Byrwa of Clarksboro, NJ, LuAnn Cherry of Mantua, NJ, Sharon Waldner of Washington, NJ, one sister, Ruth Giliberti and one Brother, Charles. Seven grandchildren:Chrisann, John, Kevin, Linda, Jamie, Brian, Brianne. Viewing Friday Evening 6:30 to 9 PM in the McGuinness Funeral Home 34 Hunter St. Woodbury.
