Obituary of Frederick M. Hesser

Hesser, Frederick M. of Woodbury, NJ on April 11, 2003. Age 70 years. Born and raised in Altoona, PA, Mr. Hesser lived in the South Jersey area for many years. He served in the United States Navy during the Korean Conflict and was awarded the National Defense Service Medal and the Occupation Service Medal. He worked for Colonial Pipeline as Senior Operator until his retirement in 1980 after 16 years of service. In his spare time, Mr. Hesser was a member of the Goodwill Fire Department for 10 years. He also enjoyed hunting, woodworking and was a railroad enthusiast. He will be remembered as a creative man who loved his family very much. Beloved husband of Rose A. nee Marron. Loving father of Stephen Hesser, Cynthia Kessler, Frederick Hesser, Katie Hesser, Timothy Hesser and the late Gregory Hesser. Devoted brother of Dolores Smithmyer and James Hesser and the late Terrence D. Hesser. Grandfather of Jennifer, Sarah, Andrew, Rachel, Luke, Kaitlin and Kimberly.
