Obituary of Mary Jane Gleeson

 

 

Mary Jane Gleeson (nee Lannon), 64, resident of Deptford, New Jersey, passed away suddenly on Monday, December 9, 2019.  
 
Legacy
A compassionate lady with a heart of gold, Mary never had a bad word to say about anyone.  She always had a smile to go along with her light hearted nature and was loved by all.  Mary was devoted to her family and making wonderful memories, especially at the campground.  She will be missed by all that knew her, especially her pup, Lucky, Buddy, Dozer and Hazel.

Born in Camden, New Jersey, Mary was a resident of Deptford for over twenty years and was longtime owner and operator of Royal Oil, LLC.

 
Family
Beloved companion of David Armstrong, Sr.; Beloved wife of the late Chet Gleeson;  loving mother of Michael A. (Amy) and the late Jason Gleeson and step mother of the late, David Armstrong; dear sister of Evelyn (Joseph) Mina, Irene (Frank) Wible, James (Anna ) Lannon, Harry (Lisa) Lannon and the late Robert Lannon, Raymond Lannon and Joyce Warwick.  Mary is survived by her granddaughter, Ally Slover, her mother in law, Betty Gleeson, sister in law Linda Lannon, brother in law, Frank Warwick  and  many loving nieces and nephews.  Mary is predeceased by her parents, Raymond and Bertha Lannon.
 
Farewell Tribute
Relatives and friends are invited to attend Mary's viewing on Monday, 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM at the McGuinness Funeral Home, 34 Hunter Street, Woodbury, New Jersey where the Memorial Ceremony will follow at 12;00 PM.
