Obituary of Dorothy M. Kirschner

Dorothy "Dot" M. nee King Kirschner of , Westville, NJ on October 6, 2010, aged 86 years. Legacy Feisty and stubborn; Dot was sharp as a tack quick witted and generous to a fault. Born and raised in Connellsville, PA, Dot proudly served her country during WWII in the US Navy. Dot's life revolved around her family; whether it was lazy summer vacations in Wildwood or celebrating at family parties and also spending the holidays together. Taking a chance on the lottery, trying her luck at the casinos and cheering on the Phillies were some of her favorite pastimes, including her love of reading. She will be remembered for her longtime holiday tradition of making poppy seed roll and nut roll. Family Beloved wife of the late James M. Kirschner, Sr. Devoted mother of James, Jr. Kathleen, MaryAnn Stephen Cope, Robert MaryAnn, Dorothy the late Vic Baker, Michael Susan, Terrence Joyce, Honora Bob Alacci and Matthew Celeste.
