I was saddened to learn of Aunt Sally's passing. She was at every family event as I was growing up, and added much light and laughter. She will be missed. Aunt Sally helped me through one of the worst nights of my life, when I was at my Grandmothers (Agnes Lord) side as she was dying. Aunt Sally happened to cal the hospital room when I was breaking down, and couldn't utter a cogent sentence. "I'm on my way" was the last thing I heard and then a dial tone. She was in the room with me in minutes, and helped me pull together, offering strength in such a trying time. I will never forget her strength, humor, love, and compassion. She is a true example of what family means. Love you Aunt Sally! Rest with the angels, dance with Uncle Frank, joke with Aggie and Griff until I meet you there.
