KAHLER, Warren R., of Turnersville, NJ, died on September 12, 2012 at the age of 89. Legacy An independent and devoted family man, Warren was a people person and made friends easily. He loved to travel and thoroughly enjoyed and appreciated a good meal. He was an avid collector of American Eagle memorabilia and was proud of his German heritage. Born in Philadelphia, PA, Warren was a resident of Turnersville since 1962. He was a proud United States Army Veteran of World War II and participated in the liberation of the Concentration Camp at Buchenwald. He was a member of the VFW of Turnersville and Past President of the German American Cultural Society. After his service in the military, Warren was employed by Abbotts Dairy in Philadelphia, PA for 49 years. Family Beloved husband of the late, Louise nee Klein; devoted father of Nancy M. Domenic Iannacone and Robert W. Florence Kahler; loving grandfather of Louise, Robert, Kevin, Joseph and great grandfather of Samantha, Julia, Gabriel and Gianna; dear brother of the late, George, John and Harry Kahler and Marie Bruen. Farewell Service Viewing Sunday, 6:30 - 9:00 pm at McGuinness Funeral Home, 573 Egg Harbor Road, Sewell, NJ and on Monday, 9:00 - 9:45 AM at Apostles Lutheran Church, 4401 Route 42, Turnersville, NJ 08012, where the service will follow at 10:00 AM. Interment Woodbury Memorial Park, West Deptford, NJ.
