Obituary of Gloria E. Callaghan

Gloria E. Callaghan, 92, of Woodbury, formerly of Washington Township, NJ, passed away on Saturday, February 9, 2019, surrounded by her loving family.
 
Legacy
Loving and kind, Gloria was the kind of lady who was meticulous about her appearance.  She dressed to the nines and always had her hair done.  She enjoyed shopping, especially at Pier One where they knew Gloria by name and dining out, particularly at Seven Star Diner.  Gloria loved anything to do with Hawaii and has visited 13 times.  In her younger years, she enjoyed golf and up until 2017, Gloria lived in her home in the Maples for 12 years, which she loved.

Beloved wife of the late Albert and Paul; loving mother of Bruce T. Virnelson, Janet G. Palmer, Scott D. Virnelson and the late Lee A. Virnelson and Wendy A. Higgins; devoted grandmother of 11 and great grandmother of 7; dear sister of Carole A. Heller and the late, Russel Naylor, Jr., Patricia Reinert, Marilyn Karvois, Shirley Huckle and Raymond Naylor.  Gloria is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews and dear friends, including, Emily, Terry and her son, Justin.
 
Farewell Tribute
Relatives and friends are invited to attend Gloria's visitation on Wednesday, 11:00 AM - 1:00 PM at the McGuinness Funeral Home, 573 Egg Harbor Road, Sewell, NJ where the Memorial Ceremony will follow at 1:00 PM.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made in Gloria's name to American Cancer Society, 1851 Old Cuthbert Road, Cherry Hill, NJ  08034.
