Obituary of Lillian May Houghton

Lillian May Houghton (nee Priest), of Sewell, New Jersey, passed away on Thursday, February 7, 2019.  She was 93.

Legacy

Lilian was a loving mother, grandmother, and great grandmother. She enjoyed life to the fullest. Lillian adored her time her grandchildren and great grandchildren; reading stories, watching them play, and helping with homework. She loved the outdoors, traveling, taking day trips with her sister and niece, shopping the Amish Market, and dining at the Olive Garden. Lillian also loved to pamper herself; getting her nails done and ordering from QVC, watching TV, Westerns, and LifeTime originals. She also had a really good friend Pat she enjoyed taking rides with. In her earlier years, Lillian was an avid ballroom dancer and sewed her own dresses. Lillian loved her dogs; Prince and Mila. She will be missed by all who knew and loved her.

Family

She is the beloved Wife of the late Walter; devoted mother of Denise Houghton and the late Walter C. (Christine); loving grandmother of Nicole Mastrando (Albert) and Brianna Fisher; cherished great grandmother of AJ, Christina, and Toriana; dear sister to Frances Montgomery. She also leaves her loving nieces and nephews.

Farewell Tribute

Relatives and friends are invited to attend her visitation on Thursday, February 14, 2019 from 10:00 AM – 11:00 AM. A Celebration of Life will follow.
