Obituary of Doris B. Chipman

Doris B. Chipman (nee Baker), 81, of National Park, NJ, passed away on December 23, 2018.

Legacy

A loving and caring woman, Doris dedicated her life to her family, especially her grandchildren.  She was strong in her faith to the Lord and was fond of her church.  Doris enjoyed going to shows, shopping and tending to her gardens.  A kind and hard-working soul among us, Doris will be missed deeply by her loved ones. 

Family

Predeceased by her parents McDonald and Lillie and her five brothers.  Doris is the devoted wife of Herbert;  beloved mother of Suzanne Baldwin (Garry) and Michelle Flanigan (Steve);  loving grandmom of Kevin Bass (Christina), Scott Bass, Selena Flanigan, Grace Flanigan and great-grandmom of Ethan Bass;  dear aunt and friend to many.   

Farewell Tribute

Relatives and friends are invited to attend Doris’ visitation on Friday, January 4th from 10AM – 11:30AM at the McGuinness Funeral Home, 34 Hunter Street, Woodbury, NJ 08096.  Funeral service to follow at 11:30AM.  Interment Gloucester County Veterans Cemetery, Williamstown, NJ. 

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Doris’ name to Alzheimers Association, 225 N. Michigan Ave., Fl. 17, Chicago, IL 60601, or www.alz.org.
