Obituary of Catherine Kelly

Catherine Kelly, (née Munley) age 90, of Washington Township, NJ formerly of Langhorne and Philadelphia, PA was welcomed into the arms of the Lord on October 9, 2018.

Legacy

Catherine was born in Ashland, PA, and moved to Philadelphia as a teenager. She dedicated many years to the IRS as a Tax Examiner, and later volunteered and worked at Aria Health in Oxford Valley, PA. Her true love was to spend time with family, travel, and knit. She was a devoted parishioner of Apostles’ Lutheran Church, where she gave her time for mission work, Food Closet, and so much more.

Devoted mother of Kathy Biddle (John L.), Joan Tartamosa (Nick) and the late Michael Kelly; Cherished grandmother of Jaclyn Biddle, Craig Tartamosa, Zachary Tartamosa; Precious great grandmother of Kelly Biddle and Katelyn Biddle; Adored daughter of the late Alerda (née Harris) and Daniel F. Munley; Dear sister to the late Helen Cook and Joan Walker; Treasured aunt to many.

Farewell Ceremony

Visitation Saturday, Oct. 20, from 10:00 to 10:30 AM at Apostles’ Lutheran Church, 4401 Black Horse Pk., Turnersville, NJ 08012; Memorial Ceremony 10:30 AM; Interment privately at Forest Hills Cemetery, PA.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her name to Apostles’ Lutheran Church.
