Obituary of Elena McAllister

Elena McAllister, 67, of Glassboro, New Jersey, passed away on Monday, October 1, 2018.

Legacy
Elena was a loving and caring wife and mother. She enjoyed country dancing, traveling to Vermont, and spending time with her havanese Opal. Elena was also a Tai Chi instructor, and worked for the State of New Jersey in the Correctional Facilities and with DYFS, and was also a pediatric nurse. Elena will be missed by all who knew and loved her.

She is the beloved Wife of 46 years to Glenn O. McAllister; devoted mother of John Glenn McAllister (Cheryl), and Kristine Lynn Rash (Paul); loving grandmother of John Logan, Nathaniel (Courtney), and Brendan; dear sister of Michael Gaboda (Terry).
 
Farewell Tribute
Relatives and friends are invited to attend her visitation on Saturday, October 6, 2018 from 10 AM - 12 PM in the McGuinness Funeral Home 573 Egg Harbor Rd, Sewell, NJ 08080. A Funeral Ceremony will follow at 12 PM. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association - 1 Union Street, Suite 301 Robbinsville, NJ 08691.
