Obituary of Diane A. Sellner

Diane A. Sellner (nee Chadwick) of Newark, Delaware, passed away suddenly on Wednesday, June 27, 2018.  She was 67.

 Legacy

A loving, thoughtful and caring lady, Diane will be missed by those who knew and loved her.  She was devout in her faith and loved to spread the word of God.  Diane was very active in the Gloucester County Community Church and loved to teach and debate about her faith.  She loved to dance, listen to Christian music and Doo-Wop, but most important to Diane, was spending time with her family.  Nothing gave her more joy than spending time at home with her family, being on her computer or watching Blue Bloods on TV.  Camping, spending time outdoors and being with her puppies were also favorite past times of Diane's.

Born in Riverside, New Jersey, Diane lived in Sicklerville for over 25 years prior to moving to Delaware three years ago.  Diane graduated from Blodgett Memorial Hospital Nursing School in 1986 and worked in the field of psychology for 5 years before starting a family.  Even though she loved her job as a registered nurse, Diane was most proud of her position at Christian Apologetics and Research Ministry, where among many other positions, she counseled many via telephone.  With her love of Doo-Wop music, Diane also ran two oldies radio stations, one being the Golden Oldies and won the "2005 Best of Live365 Award".

Family

She is the beloved Wife of nearly 29 years to Thomas J.; Devoted Mother of Kelly Lynn Rivera, Jennifer Ann Bal and Ronald Lewis Bal; cherished grandmother of Laila, Ronald and great grandmother of Aria; dear sister of the late Nancy L. Gogel (nee Chadwick).

 Farewell Tribute

Relatives and friends are invited to attend her viewing on Friday, July 6, 2018, 9:00 - 11:00 AM at the McGuinness Funeral Home, 573 Egg Harbor Road, Sewell, NJ  08080 where the Funeral Ceremony will be celebrated at 11:00 AM.  Entombment Lakeview Memorial Park, Cinnaminson, NJ.
