She was a loving and caring mother, companion, daughter, sister, aunt, and friend. She loved to be around her family especially her daughter. Maria had a passion for helping people, she was working towards becoming a nurse. She enjoyed reading and writing.

She is the beloved companion of William Johnson. Devoted mother of Angalina Capri Johnson. Treasured daughter of Rosaria Balsamo and Vito (Sasha) Balsamo. Dear sister of Tommy (Mimi), Antonino, Ivan and Andrianna. She will be missed by family and friends.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend her viewing on Saturday, February 11th from 1:00PM to 3:00PM in the McGuinness Funeral Home - Woodbury, 34 Hunter Street, Woodbury, NJ 08096. Funeral Service at 3:00PM. Interment will be private by the request of the family.
