Devoted father of Michael Eugene (Joleen), Randall Stephen, Larry Wayne, Sissel Michele Salayda (John), Dana Joell Ott (Mark). Brother of Roy Kemp, Betty Singleton, Jasper Kemp, Jr. Predeceased by daughters Deborah Charlene Cope and Karen Kathleen Coe; parents Lina Ellen (nee Blackburn) and Jasper Stanton Kemp; brothers Cecil Kemp, James Kemp and sister, Elizabeth Wilson.
