Obituary of Ladislaus J. Harow

Ladislaus J. Harow (nee Rajkowski), 94 of Greenfield Heights section of West Deptford, NJ, passed away on December 26, 2017. Legacy Laddie was born in New York City on February 23, 1923. She lived in New York City until her teenage years, when she moved to Amsterdam, New York. Laddie graduated from St. Mary's Hospital School of Nursing in Amsterdam in 1943. She practiced nursing at St. Mary's until 1962, when she moved with her family to Green Field Heights in West Deptford, New Jersey. Laddie worked the remainder of her 37 year nursing career at Underwood Memorial Hospital in Woodbury, NJ. Laddie was active in many organizations including West Deptford Seniors, where she served as president, Seniors Club of Perth, NY, Rosary Group of St. Margaret Church, American Legion Post 100 Woman's Auxiliary, Active and Retired Federal Employees, Quilting Club of West Deptford and St. Joseph's Polish Catholic Church in Camden, NJ. Laddie also served as a polling judge for West Deptford and was a child patterning volunteer. She enjoyed gardening and her bird. Family Laddie was the beloved wife of the late Peter T. Harow. Devoted mother of four children, Laddie is survived by Carol Palangi (Lester) of Deptford, NJ, Lynn Summers (William D. Jr.) of Bellmawr, NJ, Trina Doran (Shane) of Mantua Township, NJ and Peter M. Harow (Mary Beth) of West Deptford, NJ. Laddie was the loving grandmother of 11 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great granddaughter. Farewell Tribute Mass of Christian Burial will be at Infant Jesus Parish, St. Margaret Church Woodbury Heights, NJ on January 2nd at 11:00 AM. Interment will be at Veterans Memorial Park, Arneytown, NJ.
