Obituary of Patricia E. Scafide

Patricia E. Scafide, age 82, of Deptford, NJ, passed away on January 8th, 2018 surrounded by her loving family. Legacy A caring and thoughtful lady, Pat always put the needs of others before her own. She always made you feel welcome in her home and was devoted to her family, especially her grandchildren. Pat was an excellent cook and always made sure you were fed when you came to visit. She was full of life, outgoing and had a big heart. A kind soul among us, Pat will be missed deeply by those who knew and loved her. Family Beloved wife for 49 years of the late James, Jr.; loving mother of James, III (Rosemarie), Steven, David, and Robert B. (Jennifer); cherished Grandmom of James, IV, Jennifer, Simone, Nova, Robert B., Kristin, and the late David, Jr., and great-grandmom of Billy, Haley, Dennis, Emily, and Ian; dear sister of James Byrne and the late Drew, Tommy, Peter, Walt, Jimmy, Colleen, Helene, and Emmanuel. Farewell Tribute Relatives and friends are invited to Pat's viewing on Monday, 10AM-12PM at McGuinness Funeral Home, 34 Hunter Street, Woodbury, NJ 08096. Funeral Service to follow at 12PM.
